Notary / Provider Disclaimer

SealRunner connects customers with independent notaries. SealRunner does not perform notarizations.

• Not a notary. SealRunner and MPLLC are not a notary public, notary service, remote online notarization (RON) platform, identity-proofing service, or provider of electronic seals or signatures. We do not conduct, witness, record or store notarizations or notarized documents.
• Independent providers. Every notary listed is an independent professional responsible for their own commission, conduct, insurance, fees and compliance with the law of their jurisdiction. MPLLC does not supervise or control how a notary performs a notarial act.
• No guarantee that an act is permissible. Whether a particular document can be notarized, in what form, by whom, and with what identification varies by state and by document. SealRunner does not determine this and does not guarantee that a notary can lawfully perform the act you request. The notary decides, and may decline, at the appointment.
• Remote online notarization. A notary who is shown as "reports RON authorization" has told us they are authorized; this is self-reported unless a verification record says otherwise. Whether RON is available depends on the notary's own authorization and platform and on the law where the signer and notary are located. SealRunner does not provide RON sessions.
• Verification. "Verified" means MPLLC reviewed the commission information supplied by the notary against public state records at a point in time. It does not certify current standing, competence, background, insurance or the validity of any notarization.
• Availability and routing. "Available now" and "Today" reflect what a notary has indicated recently and are not a commitment. A request sent to several notaries is accepted by at most one; acceptance is a message that the notary intends to help, not a binding booking. Confirm details directly.
• No legal advice. Nothing on SealRunner is legal advice. If you need advice about whether or how a document should be notarized, consult a licensed attorney.
• Fees. Notaries set their own fees within any limits set by their state and disclose them to you directly. Any "starting price" on a profile is indicative and set by the notary.
